Development of industry global at this time, Quality Control more get attention by companies to support company long term program. That is to maintain comparment market or even adding compartment market of company. This quality control can not be done constantly, however we must be done continually. One of method of increase the quality which can be used is six sigma method.


At this research increasing the quality used six sigma method with DMAIC approach. At a multinational company which move at in area and seattlement development. After the analisis have done know that major problem was faced by company is about cart of housing wall. this problem caused the company not yet. The capability and be at 2.125 sigma. The primary caused from the problem is high rain intensity. So that require to be and by arrangement of schedule project to avoid the workmanship working of the rains moment.
